GOLDEN NUGGETS
THINK BIG, START SMALL
1. If you wish to reach the top, begin at the bottom. The key to success that comes with fulfilment, and ceaseless feelings of accomplishment, have not changed; it’s to think big, and start small.
2. What idea do you wish to unleash? Better than the impulsive thoughts of a start-up loan is the wisdom of getting a book to read, articles to download or seminars to attend on the subject. The more you know, the better you grow! The more you do, the more you achieve.
3. You start by taking baby steps.
• You read daily about it.
• You follow the recommendations.
• You never stop doing something, however little.
4. Starting small grants you a solid foundation that enables you enjoy small incremental improvements, a relentless growth in every area of the project. You do one thing every single day on the project or business.
5. Projects that start small tend to last long. They endure. They stand the acid-test of time.
6. The joy of little beginnings permits the idea of contentment that follows self-reliance. It’s always better to begin at the beginning.
7. Apart from the risk of a fatal fall from flying untrained wings, the idea of starting big carries the risk of not starting at all. The wait for start-up loans often lingers into eternity!
8. Whatever you want to do, start where you are, today, with what you have, and learn your way up! Whatever you start grows!
