Something happened this week.
On Monday, we went to install a DStv system for a client. After setting up the system and programming the explora, the viewing came alive.
The client enquired for a package to subscribe. So I asked him the kind of entertainment he needed from DStv. Of course money wasn't the problem, the wife as usual for women wanted her African Magic and Telemundo π and Oga wanted to watch and have access to football entertainment across different leagues globally. I wasn't surprised anyway, that's the primary reason any man will opt to get a DStv explora in the first place.
I expertly advised him to opt for DStv Premium as that will give him unlimited access to satisfy his sporty desires and as well give madam what she wanted.
Here came where the stress started, I did the subscription and almighty DStv didn't activate the package. We tried fixing the E16-4 error through My DStv App, for where?. Tried USSD, for where?. Called the DStv Customer service, for where?
I was like, no be me una go spoil the reputation and integrity I have with my clientele base and business.
To cut the long story short, I had to walk into the DStv office the next day and gr@b thβ¬m by their nΒ£ck until they activated my premium subscription.π
The truth is, I understood what happened because this is technology and is prone to glitches and technical issues but regardless of any stories, our clients come first and must be satisfied with our services beyond any reasonable doubt.
