How to correct 'Plug in not charging' problem
A time it happens that you have a working battery in your Laptop but when you plug it to the power outlet you see something like 'plug in not charging'. I want to tell you now that that is not a problem, it's something you can rectify by yourself even without going to any technician. Now follow the steps bellow to solve 'plugin not charging' problem.
1. Shut down your laptop and remove the battery
2. Plug in the power adapter (Charger) and turn the laptop on without battery
3. Open My Computer and Right Click in empty space - then choose property
4. On the property Window, lick Device Manager
5. Double Click Battery on the list and Right click Microsoft ACPI Compliance Control Method Battery,
click Uinstall
6. Right Click on any other device and click 'Scan for any hardware changes'
7. Turn-off your Laptop, insert the battery and turn it on.
With this the problem should be solved but if not, that means you are using wrong charger or may be the battery is bad
