"I bought a land; I didn't have money to develop it. After a few years I was told that the land was sold to a Major. I went there, and I was given the beating of my life.
I was nine days in comä. After i was discharged, I went there and threw something there. The Major, his son, and the contractor diëd. About nine people died.

If losing millions of followers is the price VDM has to pay to rescue Jude and Paul, then so be it.

Nigerians are emotional, as usual, but we often forget one important thing: the court does not operate on emotions; it operates on evidence.

VDM played a court recording for the general public. Do you understand what that means? He could potentially face serious legal consequences for doing that, yet he still took the risk. He put himself on the line because he believed there was something that needed to be brought to light.

But somehow, Nigerians are still not satisfied. Many people want Jude and Paul brought down by all means possible, based largely on allegations made by Peter.

The question I keep asking is: where is the evidence?

Peter has made several allegations, but from what we have seen, where is the concrete evidence backing those allegations? Accusations alone should not be enough to convict anyone in the court of public opinion, especially when the actual court requires evidence.

To me, VDM is trying to create a balance in this situation. He has chosen to stand on the opposite side because if Peter cannot substantiate his claims with evidence, someone has to question the narrative and demand facts.

At the end of the day, talk is cheap. Allegations are easy to make. But evidence is what matters.

Let the facts speak. Let the evidence speak. And let the court do its job.
