Key responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) and handle basic record keeping.
- Receive visitors and direct enquiries professionally.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, email and basic digital tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Dedicated and punctual.
- Previous admin/secretarial experience is an advantage.
