On Saturday, we had the pleasure of hosting the first BBAIF Developers Meetup, where we discussed how best to position our products and developers on the global map.

The meetup also aligned with Bluevase's belief that our ecosystem should be product-focused-building solutions that solve real problems, create value, and have the potential to reach users beyond our immediate environment.

It was an insightful session focused on collaboration, visibility, and exploring opportunities to showcase the incredible talent and innovative products emerging from our ecosystem to the world.

Bluevase Kicks Off Its Blockchain & Web3 Journey with Celo!

Last week, our learners and developers had the privilege of participating in an exclusive AMA virtual session with DeFi Messiah (Umana), Regional Lead for the Celo ecosystem.

The session introduced our community to Celo's vision, the rapid growth of its ecosystem, and the opportunities available for developers who want to build meaningful blockchain solutions. Participants also gained valuable insights into how builders can access grants, bounties, and other ecosystem support designed to help turn innovative ideas into real-world products.

Beyond the opportunities, the session provided a practical overview of the tools, resources, and development processes within the Celo ecosystem, showing our learners how accessible blockchain development becomes when the right guidance and infrastructure are in place.

The discussion also explored the bounty programs currently available within the ecosystem, highlighting exciting pathways for developers to gain hands-on experience while contributing to real projects.

This marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Bluevase and our vision is clear: to pioneer Web3 and Blockchain Engineering skills acquisition in Benue State and build the next generation of blockchain engineers who will create innovative solutions for Africa and beyond.
