New project

Mind Haven is a therapy product that uses the application of Artificial Intelligence to give remote workers premium sessions of mind therapy.

This product is driven to give freedom of expression, comfort, peace and keep secrets safe. Hence, the use of butterfly (freedom).

Dear Logo Designer,

Your sketch will not always be beautiful. Don't start to worry when it is not. It's okay.

Sketches in themselves are not meant to be beautiful always. They are meant to guide your designs. They are meant for ideation.

Moreover, it's not the sketch that you will present to your client.

So next time, you are feeling bad about your sketch.
This is not to say you should not improve how you sketch. I know you get my point.

What do you think branding is?

Is it just aesthetics? Some alluring set of designs?

The thing is that Branding (designs generally) has to be functional not just aesthetical.

Think of a functionless branding as a beautiful chair crafted so well and cannot be sat on. It will not serve the purpose of a chair.

Branding is functional when the message it ought to pass is communicated.
When the message is communicated, it builds trust. And trust attracts more clients and revenue.

Branding brings about trust. How you are perceived will determine the trust that you will from people. And with that trust, people will not mind spending more.

Take Nike as an example.
Nike trainers will sell more than any other trainers in the world because they are trusted. And their BRANDING is the reason for that trust.

So an entrepreneur, business or startup owner, you will do your business good to invest in branding.
