This thumbnail is getting ignored. Here's why.
Look at it for two seconds. Where are your eyes supposed to go first? Exactly — nowhere.
There are four things fighting for attention at once: the big text, the face, the background graphic, and the logo in the corner.
When nothing is the priority, your brain treats the whole thing as noise and moves on. That's not a "bad content" problem. That's a packaging problem.
The fix is almost always the same: pick ONE thing that matters most, make everything else smaller or quieter, and let that one thing win.
