That's how I feel whenever I walk into a Gucci Store.

There's something about the high ceiling, sharp interior, the bright lights and the image of models hanging on the walls.

I don't even have to buy anything to feel this way.

You know exactly what I mean too, you feel it when you walk into the mall.

It's an experience.

Gucci isn't just selling shoes, bags or clothing, they sell wealth and freedom, wearing Gucci to feel rich and successful has become a societal standard.

Wearing Gucci is cool.

It means you probably are worth millions, you're young and "getting it", better than the fellas who wear no-name brands.

This is what separates random businesses from the real brands.

Your business tends to fail, or crawl like a snail because you are trying to sell JUST products, you forget to focus on the experience and how they make the customer feel.

It's not just about throwing up a bunch of Ads and wanting people to buy, it's about knowing what feelings your audience (customers) hates or loves and then conveying that into your brand.

The feeling you are conveying serve as a guide, they help you determine what content to post, what language to use, what color you should use as theme.

These tiny details add up together to turn your product from something something they can can buy on the streets to something they WILL feel good buying from you.

So go learn more about your customers.

Find out what they hate and remove it from their lives.

Find out what they love and give them more of it.

That's how you stand out in an otherwise make some serious money crowded market.

Still looking for the best way to sell online?

I'm sorry, you won't find it.

Recently, I've been at crossroads. Trying to optimize my new ebook on selling online has been on difficult journey, but its fun and exciting.

How? You may wonder...

You see, I did a google search on "how best to sell products online" and the results that turned up did everything but answer the question.

All that showed was different ads and articles about how to sell on Amazon or on Shopify or on Jumia or on Jiji and so on.

None actually mentioned "how" as in, the actual process of selling.

They focused on showing me various "marketplaces" and how to set up "shop" in these market places.

I wanted to find the secret, the exact "hack" that will make people buy from you. I wanted to know the best way to make money selling stuff.

I didn't find it on YouTube or Google.

I found the answer asking myself one question,
"the last stuff you spent money on, why did you buy it?"

There.

If you can figure out why, you're one step closer to making people buy your products online.
