The GradExchange Scheme is a collaborative effort between the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) of the Federal Ministry of Labour and Productivity; the Nigeria Employers Consultative Association (NECA) and; Dragnet Solutions Limited the leading Graduate Screening and Recruitment Company in Nigeria. The three parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Corporate Headquarters of
the NDE in Abuja on Tuesday, 22nd January, 2013. This is innovative platform affords top-tier organizations and SMEs alike the quickest means to objectively identify talented and competent graduates who possess a higher potential to succeed in the workplace. GradExchange also provides a platform for graduates to prove and project their skills, knowledge and competence. Graduates are expected to test themselves in areas of interest to their employers such as: Office Productivity Tools, Standardized Graduate Aptitude Tests, Graduate personality assessments and many other available assessments.
