Did you know that all power consumers in Nigeria has these rights? These snapshots are from the official website of Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission, the commission regulating the Power DisCo(s). Very notable among them are:
5. All customers have a right to transparent electricity billing.
8. All customers have a right to refund when over billed.
13. It is the customer’s right to contest any electricity bill.
