Aflan 2nd conference/meeting was held yesterday 2nd of November 2024 ..It was a total happy and fun filled moment as translators all over the country gathered hotel allen junction Ikeja Lagos Nigeria to brace this year's event ......Our members showed up in their stylish and composed outfits. And we took the moment to chat ,connect ,sing, dance and performance was not left behind . Otika Ebuka (otika oja) and many others were also present to entertained us . Congratulations to Ojimmadu Raphael Ebube a student of Shanghai International studies university for his outstanding achievements!
He has once again made Nigeria proud by winning the Grand Award for "My Story of Chinese Character" in 2023.
A competition that had the participation of nearly 2900 contestants from over 70 countries and regions.
Previously, in 2020, he represented Nigeria in the Chinese Bridge Competition and won three prizes, including First Prize, Chinese Language Ambassador, and Most Popular Contestant in the world. His success was celebrated by Prof. Charles O. Esimone, Vice Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Today, he has been awarded a certificate, souvenir, and a cash prize of 10,000 yuan ($1,403), along with an internship opportunity at China People's Daily. Well done, Raphael! 🎉🇳🇬🇨🇳
