You see these guys? These guys.

Honestly, with this kind of mentality, it will be very difficult for some of you to progress in life.

How will you people progress with this kind of attitude and way of reasoning?

I made a simple post about something I learned from my husband about not missing church, and this person had the audacity to come under my comment section and call me a foolish woman.

A foolish woman because I said I don't like missing church? ๐Ÿ˜‚

See, the fact that I don't usually reply to comments in a rude way does not mean that I cannot be rude.

I will give you the exact energy you are looking for.

You cannot just come under somebody's post, twist what the person said, insult the person and expect them to remain quiet.

Call me a foolish woman how?

So you mean when I am seriously sick, I should force myself to go to church?

Do you even know how serious and severe a sickness can be?

The way some people talk on this internet, honestly, God have mercy.

Internet has really given a lot of people the privilege and confidence to talk without thinking.

Do you know how severe some health conditions can be?

Okay, let us even say somebody just had surgery. According to your own mentality, that person should carry herself from the hospital and go to church because she wants healing?

So if I am seriously sick and decide to stay at home, God will not heal me?

God can only heal people inside a church building?

Very funny mentality.

Please, before coming under somebody's post to insult them, first of all, make sure you understand what the person actually said.

Because not going to church when you are seriously sick is completely different from waking up healthy every Sunday and simply deciding that you don't feel like going.

Learn the difference.

And please, don't mistake my calmness for stupidity.

The fact that I don't always respond to nonsense does not mean I don't know how to give nonsense back. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Some of you may be rejecting a God-sent spouse simply because you don't want to do a long-distance relationship.

But let me ask you something: Do people in long-distance relationships have two hearts? ๐Ÿ˜‚

They have one heart, just like you.

The distance can be difficult, yes. You will miss each other. There will be days when you wish your partner was physically there with you. But one thing that can help a long-distance relationship is trust, communication and, most importantly, God.

I did a long-distance relationship with my husband.

My husband was in Jalingo while I was here in school, so we were far away from each other.

But what helped us?

Number one was God.

We prayed and fasted together. We never stopped praying.

We had our morning and evening devotions together.

We trusted each other.

We communicated constantly.

Sometimes, we could talk on the phone for over one hour.

And honestly, WhatsApp really helped our relationship during that period.

Calls, messages, devotion, prayersโ€ฆ WhatsApp was doing work!

Long distance is not easy, and it may not be for everyone. But don't automatically reject a good relationship simply because there is distance involved.

With commitment, trust, communication and shared values, distance does not always have to destroy a relationship.

Sometimes, the person you are praying for may not be living in the same city as you.

And sometimes, love requires patience until the distance finally becomes a thing of the past.

Don't let distance alone make you throw away something good.

I just watched a video of a woman saying that if any woman marries her brother and sends him to go and refill gas while she is at home pressing her phone, if she catches her, she will fight. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Ha!

I just started laughing because, my sister, you will fight tire in my own case.

Ever since I got married to my husband, I think I have only gone to refill gas once.

And that particular day, my husband was not around. He had gone to work, and I needed to cook.

So he told me to please carry the gas and go and refill it.

Apart from that one time?

My husband has been the one refilling the gas.

Even when I am at home.

He will carry the gas.

Go and refill it.

Bring it back home.

And me? I will be at home waiting for gas to come back.

So, my sister, if you want to fight every woman who sends her husband to refill gas while she is pressing phone at home, please wear helmet and prepare very well.

Because in my own house, you will fight and fight and fight until you get tired.

Everybody's marriage is different, please. What works in one home may not be the same in another.

But as for me and my household, if oga wants to carry the gas and go and refill it, who am I to stop him?

I honestly don't understand why some students find it so difficult to go to the lecture hall on time. ๐Ÿ˜‚

I was in class about 30 minutes before the lecture was supposed to start, and just look at how empty the hall was.

Meanwhile, most of these students actually live inside the school hostel.

Then there is me, living outside the school, where I have to travel some distance before getting to campus.

If I have a lecture by 11 o'clock, by 9 o'clock I have already taken my bath and started preparing to leave the house.

I always try to get to the lecture hall at least 30 minutes before the lecturer arrives.

But some of these hostel students?

It will be when the lecture has already started and the lecturer has gone far with the topic before you start seeing them entering the class one after another.

Some will even enter when the lecture is almost over.

And I'm always wondering, You people that are living inside this school, what exactly happened?

Honestly, the level of reluctance some students have towards lectures is funny to me.

Because if I, that lives outside the school, can wake up early, prepare and make sure I get to class on time, my brothers and sisters living just a few minutes away from the lecture hall should be the first people sitting down there.

But apparently, hostel proximity does not equal punctuality.

Some people will live five minutes away from the lecture hall and still arrive one hour late.

Meanwhile, some of us will leave our houses early because we know what transportation, distance and Nigerian roads can do to somebody's plans.

Honestly, school life is funny.

The people coming from far are already seated, while the people living closest to the lecture hall are still coming when the lecturer is already rounding up.

Yesterday, I took it upon myself to trek to church. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Because tell me why I should be spending 300 from Wurukum to NKST Yina and another 300 when coming back.

That's 600 every Sunday just for transportation to church.

So yesterday, I decided that Okada people would not eat my money.

I got ready around 6:40-something, left the house, and by around 7:10, I was already in church.

Just like that.

Honestly, sometimes trekking can save you money, especially when the distance is manageable.

But one thing I really miss about Jalingo is the transportation fare.

You see some of the distances that Okada riders in Makurdi would charge 300 for? In Jalingo, you can enter a drop for 100.

100 o!

Honestly, I miss that state.

Because these Makurdi transport fares can make somebody start calculating their life decisions before leaving the house.

For now, though, Okada people should be ready because whenever I have the strength, I will trek and save my 600.

Small-small, we move!

One thing I have learned from my husband is not missing church. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Like, you dare not stay with my husband and then say you don't want to go to church.

You must go to church o! You must go!

If you're the kind of person who doesn't like going to church, honestly, you cannot stay with my husband.

Even right from when we were still in a relationship, I already knew that my husband was someone who is very devoted to the things of God.

And one thing he doesn't like hearing is, โ€œI don't want to go to church today.โ€

Me too, as his wife, I have learned from that.

The only time I don't get to go to church is when I'm genuinely not feeling well.

Apart from that, my brother and sister, Sunday is for church!

Being with someone who is devoted to God can also influence you positively. Sometimes, you learn good habits from the people you choose to do life with.

If you're allergic to seeing a woman happy and proudly talking about her husband, please avoid my page before your BP starts rising.

When I was single, nobody cared about what I posted.

Now that I am married and posting my husband, suddenly some of you have become marriage cheating investigators.

Hide your husband!

Stop posting him!

Men will always cheat!

My brother, my sister, who asked you?

I did long distance relationship, married him, and we built trust. Now I am schooling far away from him, and both of us are comfortable with that.

But somehow, people who don't know either of us are online telling me what is happening in my own marriage.

The funniest part is that some of you behave as if cheating is a male-only profession.

Women cheat too o. Let's not be pretending.

So because one person cheated on you, or because you cheated on someone, now every man and woman in the world must be a suspect?

Please, carry your trauma and projection somewhere else.

I will post my husband. I will enjoy my marriage loudly.

If that thing is peppering you, drink water.

Because this page is not changing.

More marriage content is coming. Prepare your chest.

I was monetized when I had just 2.5K followers, and I got monetized after only one month of consistently posting on this page.

And guess what?

It wasn't videos that got my page monetized. It was my written content. โœ๏ธ

A lot of people think you can only grow and earn through videos, but that is not always the case.

My written content played a major role in my journey.

In fact, when I look at my earnings so far, I have earned more from my written content than from videos.

So, if you are a writer or someone who enjoys creating written posts, don't feel like you must force yourself to become a video creator before you can grow.

Find the type of content that works for you.

Create consistently.

Be original.

Write relatable content that people can connect with.

Because sometimes, the gift you have been overlooking might be the very thing that opens doors for you.

Videos are not the only content that can help you grow. Your words can also take you far.
