Core Responsibilities (Specifics)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and social media
- Resolve customer issues clearly and politely within set response times
- Guide users on how to use the platform product (basic onboarding & walkthroughs)
- Escalate technical or billing issues to the right team
- Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Maintain a friendly, professional brand tone at all times.
