1 THESSALONIANS 5:17; "Pray without ceasing."
In order to maintain and improve this holy joy, be always in a spirit of prayer, retain a continual sense of your spiritual wants and of your dependence on God, through Christ for the supply of those wants, and let your desires for that supply to be frequently offered up to God in faith. Let your heart aspire after God and ling for a further acquaintance with Him; conformity to Him; enjoyment of Him. Be constant in the use of private and fervent prayer at all proper seasons. Joining also at all opportunities with your family, Christian friends, and the congregations of God's people in social and public addresses to the throne of grace. In everything give thanks, remembering not only your dependence on God, but your obligation to Him for all things temporal and spiritual and being persuaded that you can never be in such circumstances of affliction, but that you have much greater cause for thankfulness than complaint. This is Christian perfection. Our Lord has purchased joy as well as righteousness for us. It is the design of the Gospel, that being saved from guilt, we should be happy in the love of Christ. Prayer can be said to be the breath of our spiritual life. So much as we really enjoy the presence of God, so much prayer and praise do we offer without ceasing. Or else our rejoicing is only a delusion. Thanksgiving is inseparable from true prayer. It is essentially connected with it. He that always prays, is ever giving Praise. Both for prosperity and the greatest adversity. He blesses God for all things; looks on them as coming from God; and receives them only for His sake. Not refusing or disliking anything. For this you should rejoice, pray and give thanks. This is the will of God in Christ Jesus, who is always holy, just, good, and always pointing at our salvation.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your abundant blessings that are making our lives richer. We thank You for Your eternal love, mercy, and grace and for always being with us and never leaving us alone. We praise You for Your divine wisdom that helps us to prosper in every area of our lives. We thank You for the privilege of bringing our prayers and petitions before You Lord. We pray for conditions to improve all over the world and for prayer to be restored in our schools, jobs and all places prayer has been banned. We pray for souls to be saved and for others in every land to be brought out of the darkness of this wicked world and the bo***ge of sin and into the glorious light of Christ and the Heavenly Kingdom before it is too late. In Jesus name I pray. Amen!!!!
