Your customers probably ask your pharmacist some of the same questions every week.

Those questions can become useful content ideas.

Instead of only posting:

“This medicine is available.”

You can also teach people how to use medicines more safely.

For example:

“Can I share my prescription medicine with someone who has the same symptoms?”

“What should I do if I forget a dose?”

“How should I store this medicine?”

“Can I take this with another medicine?”

These are simple questions, but answering them can help prevent common mistakes and give your audience information they can actually use.

You can also create posts around:

Checking medicine expiry dates

Reading medicine labels

Storing medicines correctly

Taking medicines as directed

Knowing when to ask a pharmacist for advice

Another simple idea is to create an “Ask Your Pharmacist” series.

Take one question your customers ask.
Let your pharmacist answer it.
Turn the answer into a post.

It gives people another reason to visit your page not just when they need to buy something, but when they need a reliable answer.

And that's where useful content starts doing more than filling your content calendar. It starts building trust.

What medicine question do customers ask your pharmacist most often?

A customer finds your pharmacy website and it takes six seconds to load on mobile data.

Most don't wait to find out what's on the other side.

This is one of the quieter problems we see across Lagos pharmacy websites. The site exists, the content is fine, but on an ordinary mobile connection not office wifi, actual mobile data, in traffic it loads slowly enough that people leave before there's anything to see. No stock to check, no prices, no way to order.

Just a blank screen and a decision to go elsewhere.
It never shows up as a complaint.

There's no error message, no missed call. Just a visit that ended before it began, and a pharmacy that never finds out it happened.

Your pharmacy’s Instagram is useful. But it shouldn’t be your entire online presence.

A website gives potential customers another way to find your pharmacy, learn about your services, build trust and contact you.

And in a competitive market, being difficult to find online can mean customers find someone else first. 👀

📌 Save this if you own or manage a pharmacy.

💬 DM “PHARMACY” and let IBRid Solutions show you how to build a stronger digital presence for your pharmacy.

People don't always walk into a pharmacy knowing exactly what they need.

Sometimes, they just have a question.

“What does Vitamin D actually do?”

“Do I need a multivitamin?”

“Should I take this with food?”

“Can I take this with my other medicine?”

Those questions are content ideas.

Instead of only posting a picture of a supplement and its price, use your page to help people understand what they're buying.

You could create simple posts explaining:

What common vitamins are used for

What probiotics are

Why people take iron supplements

What to look for on a supplement label

Whether supplements should be taken with food

Questions to ask before starting a new supplement

You can even turn one question into a series like;

“Your Pharmacist Answers”
“Supplement Question of the Week”
“What You Should Know Before Taking It”

The important thing is to keep the information simple, useful and responsible.
Where necessary, encourage people to speak with a pharmacist or other qualified healthcare professional.

When people consistently find helpful answers on your page, they have more reason to trust the people behind it.

And that trust matters when they're ready to make a purchase.

Here's what makes a pharmacy or supplement brand show up when someone searches on Google Maps:

✅ Claimed and verified Google Business Profile
✅ Correct pharmacy category selected
✅ Complete address and opening hours
✅ Real photos of your shop front and interior
✅ Your WhatsApp number listed

These aren't hard changes. But most pharmacy owners don't know they're missing on the listing.

IBRID Solutions fixes this for pharmacies and wellness stores across Lagos and Nigeria.

DM CHECK and our professionals will contact you immediately.

We implore the best approach to improve online visibility and increase bookings for any healthcare brand.

Your pharmacy is open. Your shelves are stocked. You're ready for customers.

But someone close by just searched "pharmacy near me" , and your name didn't show up.

This is happening to most Lagos pharmacies right now. Google Maps is where patients look first. If you're not there, they go somewhere else.

If you encounter this as a pharmacy, then you need a quick fix.

Comment CHECK below, and we'll show you exactly where you stand.

Website Loading Speed: Is This Part of Customer Experience?

Website loading speed is the amount of time it takes for a webpage and its important content to appear and become usable after someone clicks on it.

For Instance:
A visitor clicks your website.
The browser starts loading the page.
Images, text, buttons, forms, and other elements appear.
The visitor can interact with the website.

The faster this happens, the better the experience is likely to be.

However, many healthcare business owners invest in:
Branding
Social media
Advertising
Beautiful website design
But forget one important question:

What happens after the customer clicks?

If the website is slow, some visitors may leave before they even see what you offer.

That means:

Marketing brings people to the website.
Website performance helps keep them there.

This is why loading speed should be seen as a marketing and conversion issue, not only a technical issue.

If your website is not working as hard as your marketing, you should be concerned.

DM us for a free website loading speed audit, let check the issue.

This month focuses on local pharmacies and supplement stores and the specific things quietly costing you to lose customers online.

Some of it could be your content pieces: posts that are too promotional, offering little educational value.

Some could be visibility: a pharmacy that opens round the clock but still showing as closed on Google, a listing with no reviews, no WhatsApp number on the Google profile to make inquiries, and more.

Other issues could be wasted ad spend: a boosted post with views and no orders, because there’s no expert guide.

Different problems, same outcome , a customer who needed you, searched, and chose somewhere else.

The good news is that we’ll be looking into this extensively, offering solutions and showing you what we actually do to fix this for many healthcare brands. Follow our social media pages; like, share, and save posts for future reference.

If your pharmacy’s social media page isn’t answering the questions your potential customers are searching for, then we need to talk.

Every day, customers go online to search for information about medications, what they are used for, possible side effects, and other health-related questions.

When your pharmacy isn’t showing up with helpful, relevant information, your competitors who are doing it right have a better chance of getting that customer’s attention.

And then you ask: What are we doing wrong?

At Ibrid Solutions, we help healthcare businesses turn their social media presence into a strategic marketing tool that attracts the right customers and supports business growth.

If your pharmacy needs a better marketing strategy and a stronger digital presence, we can help.

Send us a DM to get started.
