Job Title: Private Live-in Female Chef

Job Location: Lekki/Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria

Basic Salary Range: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000

Job Summary

As a Private Live-in Female Chef, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client's household provided with exceptional culinary experiences. Your expertise in meal planning, food preparation, and presentation will directly impact the overall satisfaction and well-being of the household members.

You will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity, culinary skills, and dedication to producing meals that are both visually appealing and palate-pleasing.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, desserts, and snacks, following established recipes and portion sizes.

• Ensure the timely preparation and delivery of all food items as and well due.

• Maintain a clean and organised work station, practising proper food handling and sanitation techniques to ensure food safety and hygiene.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of perishable items, maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment, and practicing safe food handling procedures.

• Ensure compliance with portion control and waste management guidelines to minimize food costs and maintain profitability.

• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with your employer, ensuring effective communication and cooperation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or household setting.

• Proficient knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and food preparation methods.

• In-depth understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• A genuine passion for food and a dedication to delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

• Must be able to prepare both local and international dishes.
