Responsibilities & duties
• To be fully conversant with company arrays of services through continuous training , in order to give potential and existing customers accurate information in a professional and timely manner.
• To ensure the full implementation of the Customer Services strategy across the business.
• Attend to email, telephone and other platforms of enquires and ensure prompt attention
