What to Do If You Can’t Access the Email or Phone Linked to Your Facebook Account.

One of the biggest problems people face when recovering their Facebook account is this:

Here’s how to recover your Facebook account without access to your old contact info:

🔹 Step 1: Go to the “Find Your Account” Page

Enter your name, username, or old phone/email to find your profile.

🔹 Step 2: Choose “No longer have access to these?”
