Meet the Mitchelog Multipurpose Dehydrating Machine, a small-capacity innovation by an entrepreneur from the NBTI South-South Zone. It was showcased at the Niger Delta Economic and Investment Summit 2026, held 15–17 September at Obi Walli Event Centre, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to attract partners for mass production and global distribution.

The machine processes fish and extracts fish oil during drying. It also dehydrates vegetables, seeds, chips and nuts, converts liquid pap to powder, and supports baking and grilling. It can run on cooking gas, electricity or solar.

Compact, versatile and scalable, the Mitchelog Dehydrating Machine offers a practical, investment-ready solution for food processing and clean-energy-powered production.
