NEW UPDATE ON 2023/2024 INTER-FACULTY TRANSFER

If you're among those that have been waiting quietly for this moment, congratulations.

INTER-FACULTY TRANSFER for the 2023/2024 academic session have commenced.

PROCEDURE:

1. Interested students are required to visit the Admissions Office at Main Campus and submit their details.

2. The Admissions Office will check for your results backdoor (with the departments) and send to *Senate* for Approval.

3. Senate will sit over the applications during Senate Meeting and release the list of approved applicants.

4. The approved list will be posted at the admissions office. If you check and your name is listed as approved, you can then begin the transfer payments online

5. Visit Our Office Beside Main Campus Gate or call us on 08162063407 to complete the process.

HOW TO WRITE YOUR NAME IN OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS

Some senior people still don't know how to arrange their names on official documents. Let me show you how for free.

Assuming:

First name = Paul
Middle name = Ayibakuro
Surname/Lastname = Tanker

You can arrange it in these formats:

1. Firstname Middle name Surname:

Paul Ayibakuro Tanker

2. If you're starting with a Surname you must add a comma after the name, then your first name and Middle name:

Tanker, Paul Ayibakuro

3. If you are starting with a Surname and you don't want to use coma, you can also capitalize it:

TANKER Paul Ayibakuro

Any other name, apart from First name and Surname, should be treated as a Middle name.

2024/2025 JAMB UPDATE

2024 UTME Official Timetable:

1. JAMB 2024 Registration Date = 15th January 2024
2. JAMB Registration Deadline = 26th February 2024
3. JAMB 2024 Registration Fee = N4,700
4. JAMB 2024 Novel = The Life Changer
5. JAMB 2024 Reprinting Date = 10th April 2024
6. JAMB 2024 Mock Exam Date = 7th March 2024
7. JAMB 2024 Examination Date = 19th April 2024

THE IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE ABOUT 2024/2025 JAMB:

The registration for JAMB 2024/2025 UTME and Direct Entry will commence on the 15th of January 2024.

The deadline for 2024 JAMB registration is set for the 26th of February 2024.

The registration fee for JAMB 2024/2025 UTME and Direct Entry is N4,700.

The prescribed novel for the 2024/2025 UTME is “The Life Changer” by Khadija Abubakar Jalli.

The reprinting of the JAMB examination slip will commence on the 10th of April 2024.

Candidates are required to reprint their slips to know their examination date, time, and venue.

The mock examination for JAMB 2024/2025 UTME will take place on the 7th of March 2024. This is an optional exam that candidates can choose to participate in.

JAMB 2024/2025 UTME will commence on the 19th of April 2024 and will run until the 29th of April 2024.

Candidates are advised to prepare adequately for the examination.
