Kindly take note of the following important information:

1. The NYSC portal will close by 11:59 p.m. today. After the portal closes, the creation of new accounts and submission of applications will no longer be permitted. If you are yet to complete your registration, kindly do so before the deadline.

2. The BCOS meeting will hold this week. The faculties in the University have been categorised into two groups. Group A is scheduled for 14 September, while Group B is scheduled for 15 September.

3. Call-up numbers are expected to start rolling out at any moment after the closure of the portal for the current online registration exercise. Kindly remain patient and keep checking your NYSC portal. Don’t pay anyone to get Callup number.

4. This week, we are expecting the Senate approval date for the 21 July BCOS. May God make it happen this week. 🙏

5. Internal mobilisation for the next upload is expected to commence tomorrow.

6. The collection and orders for camp documents and other NYSC-related documents are currently ongoing in our DMs. If you need any of these documents, kindly send us a DM to make your request.

*Ladies and gentlemen of the DCM Community, Ekiti State University. Good evening*

Kindly take note of the following information.

1. The Senate approval report for the July 21st Business Committee of Senate meeting was forwarded to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor last week for executive approval. Any moment next week, the approval should be out, and we will be able to officially announce the Senate approval date.

2. Business Committee of Senate meeting that was held on August 24th has commenced the compilation of its report. the report will be processed any moment from now, after which it will also be forwarded to the Vice-Chancellor for executive approval.

3. On the 14th and 15th of this month, there will be another Business Committee of Senate meeting. The faculties have been divided into two groups. The first group will have their meeting on the 14th, while the second group will have theirs on the 15th.

4. To all those who will be going for NYSC registration from Monday, I would advise you to open and have access to different email addresses, such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Hotmail and others, to avoid being delayed by email verification links during the registration process.

5. I advise everyone to quickly do your NERD and get all your camp documents ready. Please do not wait until the last minute before putting everything in place.

6. Dress well, look nice before going for Nysc registration. Inappropriate dressing has severe consequences in camp.

You have received all the necessary training from INEC. Please, do not engage in any argument, confrontation, or fight with anyone at your Polling Unit.

If anything goes wrong, do not try to prove that you are a commando or a hero to anyone. Run for your life. No election is worth risking your life for.

Your life matters more than any election or any nation.

*Dear Ladies and Gentlemen of the DCM Community*

This is to officially inform you all that the NYSC Workshop for the 2026 Batch C mobilisation exercise is scheduled to hold in the first week of September 2026. There is a strong possibility that the submission of the Senate List may take place during the workshop or possibly on the final day of the workshop.

For clarity, you are reminded that the hardcopy of the Senate List is usually submitted after the list has been uploaded online. This therefore means that the uploading of the Senate List is expected to commence on or before the commencement of the workshop.

In view of this development, the list of all the PCMs who obtained mobilisation from 17th July 2026 to date will be published tomorrow across all DCM Communities.

Any error identified in the published list should be reported and corrected accordingly. Correction of errors will commence on Monday.

Thereafter, the general list covering everyone who obtained mobilisation from April 2026 (following the last upload) till date will be published together in a single file. This is to give everyone another opportunity to carefully cross-check their details, particularly those who have previously corrected one or more errors.

Everyone is therefore judiciously advised to pay close attention to the published lists, verify all details carefully, and make any necessary corrections within the stipulated period.

Do not assume that previously corrected details are automatically reflected; kindly recheck your information when the general list is released.
