Tomorrow, we celebrate a remarkable milestone as the students of the BDIC Summer Digital Skills Training for Kids graduate after four weeks of intensive learning, creativity, discovery and hands-on digital skills development.

What started as a training programme has become a journey of confidence, curiosity and possibility. Over the past four weeks, these young learners have explored the digital world, acquired new skills and, most importantly, discovered that they can create, innovate and build with technology.

BDIC-BRANDED COMPUTERS FULLY CONFIGURED AND INSTALLED AT MOAUM LAW DIGITAL LIBRARY

Benue Digital Infrastructure Company Plc (BDIC) has successfully completed its project engagement to equip Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, Makurdi, with BDIC-branded computers, fully configured and installed at the MOAUM Law Digital Library, in response to the University’s order for BDIC computer systems to support its accreditation exercise.

This successful delivery further demonstrates BDIC’s growing capacity to provide reliable, fit-for-purpose digital infrastructure and technology solutions to public institutions across Benue State.

We sincerely appreciate the Management of Rev. Fr. Moses Orshio Adasu University, ably led by the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Timothy Terseer Alabar, for their confidence in the BDIC brand and for believing in the capacity of a home-grown Benue digital infrastructure company to deliver high-quality technology solutions. Their trust represents a strong endorsement of our commitment to quality, reliability, innovation and responsive service delivery.

At BDIC, our commitment goes beyond the supply of computers. We are building a sustainable digital ecosystem that supports education, e-governance, institutional automation, digital inclusion, innovation and improved public-service delivery.

BDIC COMMENDS PASSAGE OF BENUE STATE STARTUP LAW, APPLAUDS GOVERNOR ALIA’S DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION DRIVE

The Benue Digital Infrastructure Company Plc (BDIC) commends the Benue State House of Assembly for the successful passage of the Bill domesticating the Nigeria Startup Act, 2022 in Benue State.

BDIC specially appreciates the Executive Governor of Benue State, His Excellency, Rev. Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, for his determination, political will and sustained commitment to advancing the State’s digital transformation agenda.

The passage of the Startup Law is a major milestone that will strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship, support talent development, improve access to funding and incentives, attract technology investment and create greater opportunities for Benue youth.

BDIC also acknowledges the leadership of the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Berger Alfred Emberga MNIQS, RQS, members of the House, and the Chairman, House Standing Committee on ICT, Hon. Kennedy Angbo, for their commitment to providing the legislative framework required to grow Benue’s technology and startup ecosystem.

The law places Benue State firmly on the national technology and startup development ladder, while creating a stronger environment for collaboration among government, startups, universities, investors, development partners and the private sector.
