Create New APN settings On Your Phone
As Follows:

> Go to mobile network > Go to access
point names > Select Mtn, Then create
new APN and configure as shown below:
» APN Type: default
» APN: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net
» Proxy: 127.0.0.1
» Port: 8080
» Save And Activate it as your default
settings
Then Launch Psiphon Handler, in the
handler menu:
» Proxy type: Real Host
» Proxy server: musicplus.mtnonline.com
» Real Proxy type: inject
» Real Proxy server: (leave it blank)
» Select save and click on “tunnel whole
device”.
Click on the option tab
» Region: Japan
» Select more option, And check “ Connect
through an HTTP” then select “Use the
following settings:” then configure as .
» Host address: 10.199.212.2
» Port: 8080
Save and Connect.

Another for users

First, download PSIPHON HANDLER here - http://www.naijamouthed.com/uploads/235-psiphon-handler and Install on your device. NOTE: Your device Must be rooted to use PSIPHON HANDLER

Recharge 100 naira or have at least that amount on ur phone. Then dial*200*3*3*2*1*1 # and make sure 100 naira is deducted.

N.B: If You are on any chat pack, please dial *343*5*0 # to opt out first before dialing that code.

Create New APN settings On Your Phone As Follows:
» APN: etisalat
» Proxy: blank
» Port: blank
» Save And Activate it as your default mobile internet settings.

Launch Psiphon handler and configure it as follows;
» tick Remove Port
» Under it you will see Proxy Type, choose Real Host
» Scroll down to Proxy Server and input mobile.facebook.com
» Then scroll down to the bottom and click Save

as soon as you click save, a pop up message will appear requesting to use PSIPHON to Tunnel whole device, just tap on the option, "Tunnel Whole Device",

Next,
» Choose the Option Menu
» Under this Option menu, you will see Select Region, select USA or any other region of your choice but USA is preferable.
» Still under Option menu, you will see the More Option tab below, tap it and then scroll down to Proxy Settings and tick the Connect through an HTTP Proxy
» Then scroll down to Host Address and input 176.31.170.48. Port 3128 ,Or you click More options and use the below proxy and port either.

» Proxy: 176.31.226.149. Port: 3128
» Go back to the main page of the Psiphon app and tap the start button below,

then wait for it to connect. after it connects, just minimize and start up your browser and any other apps.

NOTE: - Whenever the speed drops or becomes slow, restart Psiphon, then off and on your data connection 2-3 times. Enjoy!!!
