This week was about trust
Your product isn't the problem.

Your page just isn't saying enough to make someone comfortable paying you.

No reviews up, clear pricing no sense of who's actually behind the brand because ⅘tomers notice.

Trust is built in pieces brand, product, price, all of it stacked together. Missing one and people hesitate...

What's missing from your page?

Somewhere right now, a customer might be showing your product to a friend not to ask "should I buy this," but "have you bought from this page before?"

You'll never see that message.
You'll never get the chance to answer it.
All you'll see is a customer who seemed interested and then just... stopped replying.

That's the quiet cost of having nothing on your page to vouch for you.
Your customer has to go find someone else's word, because yours alone isn't enough anymore not because they doubt you personally, but because that's just how people protect their money now.

A few visible reviews.
A clear price.
Proof you've delivered before.

That's what lets your page vouch for itself, so she doesn't have to ask around before she trusts you.

Someone visits Amaka's page almost every day.

They scroll through her posts, look at the pictures twice, maybe check her reviews tab.

Then they leave. No message. No order.

She never even gets the chance to convince them because the doubt kills it before the conversation starts.

That's the part sellers don't see , it's not always about closing the sale.
Sometimes it's about earning the click to even say "hi."

TGIF! 🥳👏🎉

A quick question...

How many times has someone found your page, scrolled for two seconds, and just... left?

That is clearly not a reach problem.

Your ad worked.
They showed up.

But what happened next didn't even seem like they had ever wanted you .

We've spent this week talking about that exact moment.

Do well to check our previous posts for this week if you missed out on the tips we shared.

Read that again!!!

It's tempting to think the next milestone : 1k, 5k, 10k followers is what is going to turn things around in your business.

But if your page is not converting the people you already have, a bigger number just means a bigger version of the same leak.

Growth is not just about who finds you, it's about what happens the moment they do.

Before chasing more reach, it's worth asking: is my page actually built to keep the people I already reach?

Ngozi checked her Instagram insights on Tuesday morning and smiled.

1,200 followers now up from 800 just two months ago.

She had finally cracked it, she thought.
More reels, better hashtags, consistent posting.

The numbers were climbing.
But her sales weren't.
She scrolled through her DMs, confused.

People were viewing her page more than ever. Some even followed right after checking out a post.

But most of them just disappeared.
No messages.
No "how much?" .
No orders.

She opened her own profile that evening, the way a stranger might.

The bio was vague just her name and a laughing emoji.

Her prices weren't listed anywhere.
Her last three posts didn't even show what she was currently selling.

1,200 people had found her and almost all of them had left without knowing what to do next.

That night, Ngozi understood something that no amount of reach was going to fix for her: getting found was never the hard part.

Being clear enough to keep someone, once they arrived, was.
