Begins Acoustic Sdn Bhd Crafting exceptional listening spaces since 2015. We have 7 years of experience in acoustic treatment for HIFI rooms, studios, home theatre and AV rooms.

Founded by Audio Engineer Kenix Chua, Begins Acoustic specializes in bespoke acoustic treatment, Hi-Fi & AV integration for discerning residential and commercial clients throughout Malaysia. Our acoustical treatment products includes acoustical absorbers, diffusors, sound barriers, construction materials, isolation platforms and complete room treatment systems. These products are well-accepted thr

ough a wide range of building types, including museums, libraries, halls, auditoriums, stadiums, educational facilities, houses of worship and recording studios as well as single and multi-family residences. Environmental and industrial noise assessment subjects have included night clubs, manufacturing businesses, mining operations, hospitals, retail businesses and government agencies. We believe that our products and services should be cost effective and provide the same quality of acoustic treatment as well known brands in the market that may cost twice as much.

Staircases are often overlooked when it comes to acoustics. With hard walls, ceilings and stair surfaces surrounding the space, sound can easily bounce around and create unwanted echo. And because the staircase is often the path connecting the living area to the bedrooms, noise from downstairs can travel up and become surprisingly distracting.

For this project, we used Begins Acoustic BAT Fiberboard Panels to help control these reflections and reduce excessive reverberation around the staircase.

A quieter staircase may seem like a small detail, but sometimes, it makes a big difference to how comfortable the whole home feels.
