Dear Customers,In view of the recent order from the Government for restricted movement, we would like to let you know as telecommunication service provider, we will stillbe in operation. Our operation is open for online trading only until further notice. Only self-collection and postage is available for now. So no walk in customers.For those coming for self-collection, please take note of the following precautionary measures:
1. No physical contacts (shake hands)
2. No payment by cash (to avoid exchange of hands). Only online banking, cash deposit prior to collection or credit card payment via Shoppe or PayPal is accepted for now.
3. We will not allow chit chat between our staff and customers during collection of items. The rest of the communication will only be via WhatsApp, or telephone calls
4. We will ensure that all customers that come to our store for self-collection, will have to keep a distance from our staff (1.5m). There will be red tape on the ground, which need to be followed diligently
5. Upon entering our store, you will need to sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided.
6. Collection procees need to be swift and quick.
7. For further technical explanation, we will provide a demonstration video for your references. All devices will be tested by our staff only, to reduce number of handlings.
Please bear in mind that we are doing this in the interest of safety for you and our staff members. Do not take offence in any of these actions and procedures set by our management. Together we can work to stop this Covid19 from spreading further and destroy our nation. Thank you so much for your understanding.
