很多商家都会问：支付给代理商/经销商/分销商的佣金，到底要不要开E-Invoice呢？🤔

✅ 商家支付佣金时，需要开 Self-Billed E-Invoice 作为费用记录
✅ 代理商/经销商/分销商则 不需要开E-Invoice给商家（普通Invoice记录即可）

Many merchants often ask: when paying commission to agents/distributors/resellers, do you need to issue an E-Invoice? 🤔

✅ Merchants: Must issue a Self-Billed E-Invoice as an expense record
✅ Agents/Distributors/Resellers: No need to issue an E-Invoice to merchants (a normal invoice is enough)

【2025建筑服务SST新增栏填写】

✅ 2025年7月1日起，凡是 Group L 建筑工程，只要 12个月营业额超过 RM1.5 million，就必须收取 6% 服务税。

❌住宅建筑 / 公共设施 / 政府工程 / 住宅室内设计

✨ 特别豁免情形
✅ B2B 分包工程：Subcon 向 Main Con 开发票可免 SST（Main Con 通知即可，无需申请）
✅ 指定区域 DA：公司与工程均位于 DA，可豁免

➡️ Courses will be conducted in both English and Chinese. So, feel free to ask any questions you like. (via Zoom)
