The CPR & AED Training Programme was a valuable opportunity to learn, practise and build confidence in responding to medical emergencies. Through hands-on training, participants practised CPR and AED procedures on a training dummy and learned the Heimlich Manoeuvre through colleague-to-colleague practice.

The session covered the essential steps to take during an emergency, including when to perform CPR and the important differences between a heart attack and cardiac arrest.

Everyone found the session valuable and engaging, reinforcing the importance of staying calm, being prepared and having the confidence to take action when it matters most.

Knowledge can save lives. Confidence can make a difference.

This morning, the Electronic Division of GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn. Bhd., together with the Corporate Office, successfully conducted the Fire & Evacuation Drill, involving a full building evacuation.

The drill was carried out to strengthen emergency preparedness, reinforce fire safety awareness among employees, and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

The event commenced with an opening address by Senior General Manager, Dr. Kok Siew Foong, who emphasised the importance of fostering a strong safety culture and maintaining readiness to respond effectively during emergencies.

A special appreciation is extended to Pegawai Bomba Kanan, Encik Abdul Rahman, for delivering an insightful fire safety briefing and sharing valuable guidance during the exercise. Sincere thanks are also extended to the Emergency Response Team (ERT), Fire Safety Officers (FSO), the Safety & Health Committee, and all employees for their commitment and cooperation in ensuring the success of the drill.

Safety is everyone's responsibility, and continuous preparedness is essential to creating a safe and resilient workplace.

It was a day filled with excitement and friendly competition as the Electronics Division of GUH Circuit Industry Sdn Bhd held its Ping Pong Tournament! With 8 players competing in the Singles category and 6 teams participating in the Doubles category, the tournament showcased the skills, enthusiasm, and sporting spirit of our colleagues throughout the matches.

Beyond the scores and rankings, the event provided an opportunity for employees to take a break from their daily routines, interact with colleagues in a different setting, and enjoy the fun and camaraderie that sports bring.

As part of its continued commitment to workplace safety initiatives, the Electronic Division of GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn. Bhd. reinforces its commitment to fostering a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.

The division conducted its annual Environmental, Safety and Health (ESH) Training for newly joined employees. The session was delivered by Mohd Hilmi, Head of Health and Safety, together with his team members, equipping participants with essential knowledge on workplace safety, health, and environmental practices while promoting safe work habits and ensuring compliance with workplace safety standards from the outset.

A total of 40 employees, from management to clerical staff, participated in the programme.

The Electronic Division of GUH Circuit Industry (PG) Sdn Bhd organised a Road Safety Awareness Programme in collaboration with the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) and PERKESO, reaffirming the commitment of to employee safety and well-being.

The programme featured a Road Safety Awareness Talk by Inspector Narolhisyam Bin Endi of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), who shared practical insights on road safety, traffic regulations, and accident prevention. Mr Muhammad Ambia Bin Abdullah from PERKESO also delivered an informative session on the organisation's road safety initiatives, employee protection schemes, and the importance of preventing commuting-related workplace accidents.

Targeted at employees who commute by motorcycle, the programme attracted 30 participants and concluded with a souvenir presentation and a lucky draw.
