Terms & Conditions
1. The 2nd SIM Promo will run from 1 July 2015 to 30 September 2015 (both dates inclusive).
2. The promo is open to all existing redONE customers who have paid a minimum 1 time full invoice and commencement date starting Mar 1, 2015 or earlier.
3. Customers must register for a REDPlan 8 supplementary line with RM50 credit limit.
4. Corporate lines and M2M lines are not eligible for this offer. Only consumer individual lines are eligible for this offer.
5. The current master line or sub line must be in active mode. Any form of suspension or barring is not allowed.
6. The waiver on deposit is only for REDPlan 8 with RM50 credit limit. In the event the user requires a higher credit limit, then standard deposit is required as normal procedure.
7. The additional line must be under the current Master Line.
8. If customer already has additional lines, or has taken previous 2nd SIM promo is not relevant. They can still apply for 1 (one) more new line with no dep
osit under this program.

Terms & Conditions
1. All existing customers who subscribe for recurring 1GB and above data bundles.
2. Free data is only valid for the month of July 2015 (between 1 – 31 July)
3. Any unutilized data quota will be forfeited at midnight on 31 July 2015.
4. Customers who upgrade their plan from NO DATA or below 1GB to 1GB and above data bundle will be entitled for the FREE 1GB data.
5. Suspended lines are not entitled for the FREE 1GB data.
6. Suspended lines which are reinstated at any time in July will still NOT be entitled for the FREE 1GB data.
7. DATA throttle size will be as per below:
Free Data ( from subscribed Plan ) + Data Option + Data Top-up + Free 1GB = Data Throttle Size
8. LTE is not enabled for customers who subscribe to a data bundle below 3GB. LTE is only for customers who subscribe for 3GB and above. So if a customer subscribes to a 2GB data bundle, then redONE gives FREE 1GB hence the total is = 3GB, the customer will still NOT get the LTE feature.
9. Corporate and M2M are not applicable for this data promo.

Do you know that effective by 1st April 2015 GST Apply,
you need to pay 6% for monthly Bill Payment?
Example:
Monthly Phone Bill= Rm100
GST 6% = Rm6
Total Pay Rm106
