He entrust us with fixing his iPhone and returning to him.

iMac 24” M1 2021 ni nampak cantik, tapi repair dia… bukan main-main 😮‍💨 Body nipis gila, screen laminate, terus salah buka sikit, bye bye display.

Design iMac model ni ultra nipis, screen laminate terus dengan body, so proses buka, bersih, dan pasang balik kena super teliti. Salah step sikit, boleh effect display, sensor, atau alignment screen.

Dalam video ni tunjuk full process dari buka adhesive original Apple, cleaning frame, sampai pasang screen baru.

Repair macam ni perlukan tools khas, environment bersih, dan pengalaman handle iMac slim series.

Kalau iMac korang ada masalah screen crack, line, black spot, atau display tak function, masih ada harapan untuk repair, tak semestinya kena tukar unit baru.

Dekat Kissmymac, kita fokus repair mengikut SOP, bukan sekadar tukar parts. Quality, alignment, dan durability semua kita jaga.

昨天電腦壞了，今天給你做報告。昨天想拿電腦去Machine修理，不果。於是拿電腦去Coffee Bean。拍照，po上網，找臉書大神。如果臉書有大神，大神就是你們。大神厲害，很快有幾十個留言，最多人推薦的，要屬KissMyMac。

我看見KissMyMac這個名字，想起美國總統最近說的一句話，覺得好笑。恰好，我人在谷中城，離Faber Tower不遠。先打電話去，問KissMyMac幾點關門。回答七點，還來得及，趕快去。

去到KissMyMac，已經六點。裡面有兩個人做工，兩個顧客在等待。我等別人解決了問題離去，拿出我的Macbook Air給技師。技師叫Shaun。

我告訴他我筆電的兩個洞壞了。聽他說，才知道那兩個洞叫charging port。插電的港口？

shaun一接過我的Macbook，平放在桌子上旋轉，就說電池腫大了。我以為電池腫大跟前列腺腫大一樣，老了就會腫大。這筆記電腦已經七歲，老了吧？前列腺腫大吧？

我旁邊有個美女顧客問Shaun，你怎麼知道電池腫大了？Shaun說，電腦底部凸出，平放在桌面上可以像陀螺一樣旋轉。我覺得有道理，像雌烏龜的肚子。

Shaun轉開一顆小螺絲釘，隙縫馬上崩裂開來。看，電池腫大，就會這麼裂開！這個道理我也懂。像解開緊身衣的第一顆鈕扣，如果豐滿臃肥，衣縫也會爆開。

經過測試，兩個港口完全沒有問題，其中一個被紙屑堵塞，插不進去，吹掉紙屑就好了。

我問Shaun，為什麼charge不進去。他說，電池不接受，就charge不進去。這個道理我也明白，我們有時好言相勸，別人聽不進去，也當耳邊風。

所以，只好換電池。Shaun幫我換電池時，旁邊美女顧客跟我們閒聊，說她坐月子的事，說她生孩子的事。我喜歡聽。

我後面有另一個美女顧客，等得不耐煩。那時已經超過七點，Shaun在加班。她問Shaun，她可以插隊嗎？Shaun看我，我看她可憐的樣子，就讓她插隊。

她說她的電腦進水了。電腦進水如頭腦進水，是大問題。Shaun幫她急救。我問她進什麼水，是咖啡還是茶？另一個美女說，電腦這麼大，應該不會掉進馬桶吧？我想也不會，我沒有看過那麼大的馬桶。

可憐的美女說是雨水。昨天下大雨，車進水，淋濕電腦。可憐啊，車也進水。Shaun替她拆開來檢查，擦拭乾淨，說電腦完全沒有問題，可以正常使用。那個美女高高興興而去。Shaun白做工，沒有收她半分錢。

Shaun幫我換了電池，也幫我擦洗電腦，說我的電腦很髒。我知道，我從來不敢用濕布擦洗，我也怕電腦進水。我問，以後我電腦髒了，拿來給你洗好嗎。他說隨時歡迎。

其實，Shaun一開始看見我，就問我是不是作家。我說是。美女顧客問我的名字。我說了。他們都說看過我的《哥妹倆》。天哪！為什麼人家總把我當作徐有利，總把曾子曰當作我，又把馬土土當作曾子曰？

最後還要謝謝你們這些臉書大神，我本來需要放在Machine一個星期檢測的電腦，因為你們的好建議，一個小時內解決了問題。

Dear Customers,

As we wrap up another great year, KissMyMac team will be taking a year end "Rest and Refresh" break during Christmas and New Year To Recharge Ourselves and To spend some quality time with family and friends.

We will be closing from 22nd December 2024 to 1st Jan 2025.

We will continue to serve you with a rejoiced heart and soul and see you on 2nd January 2025.
