Referring to the statements issued by Suruhanjaya Komunikasi dan Multimedia Malaysia and the industry

Warga TM with critical functions
🔸 Work from home utilising digital channels and online
productivity tools available for Warga TM with
non-critical functions.
🔷 Special allowance for all our customer service frontliners who have to work during the MCO period.
🔷 Activated the COVID-19 Response Team - in charge of implementing the necessary Business Continuity Plan (BCP) measures to ensure the health and safety of employees and partners.
🔷 Frequent alerts and awareness on the COVID-19 pandemic to all TM employees and building tenants
🔷 Routinely sanitising TM offices and premises
We will continually monitor for developments on the ongoing situation and adapt our services to help customers, whenever needed as the safety of our Warga TM and members of the public are of paramount importance to us.
