Computer repair services available during MCO.
We at Hexa PC Solutions here are still operating from 8am to 7pm to serve Klang Valley communities especially to those who urgently in need to ensure your Work From Home or Game From Home can go on without interruption.

How to send your devices to us?
1. We recommend to use Grab Delivery or Lalamove to send in & return your devices safely. This is the only fastest delivery service and you can keep track of your devices.
- Delivery charges bare buy owner.
- Delivery only applicable within Klang Valley
OR
2. Alternatively, you can personally send in your laptop if you stay nearby Subang Jaya area.

Steps
1. Send in your devices via Grab Delivery or Lalamove.
2. We will sanitize your laptop before and after service to ensure zero contamination.
3. Once service is done, we will update you to arrange for return delivery pickup via Grab Delivery or Lalamove.
4. Done.

Terms & Condition
1. All payments are to be done via Bank Transfer.
2. For services that require additional hardware parts (eg. SSD/HDD/RAM/etc), 50% deposit is required as confirmation for your service.
3. Some/Special order of hardware parts will require additional timeframe to be available. If so, we will update you to send in your devices once the hardware parts have arrived and ready for service.
4. Balance payment is to be made after the service has completed and before hand over to Grab Delivery/Lalamove.
5. We do not take any responsibility on your devices during or at any of the delivery timeframe.
6. Our services price has not changed since MCO started despite rise in computer hardware price and currency drop.
