4. 收到您的报告后,我们的专业技术员会上门检查和协助您。
5. 您有一个月的时间来投报事件。
您也可以联系我们的任何一位主管(销售经理/代理),他们将指导您完成上述流程。

Don’t worry. To all users, here’s how we can help.
𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧, 𝗶𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁.
If your CUCKOO product has been damaged by the floods, don't worry, here what you need to do:
1. Take pictures of the affected product.
2. Make a police report – to be attached later on for warranty claims.
3. Once you have settled down – email CUCKOO Customer Service / LIVE CHAT (via website / CUCKOO+ app) to inform about the incident.
4. Once we have received your report, our Natural Doctor (special specialist) will go over to inspect and assist you.
5. You have a month from the incident to make the report.
