TWO IMPORTANT STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED
If your prepaid water meter is misbehaving please take the following steps;

1. Go and report to your Water supply Body. If it’s faulty, they are going to fix it for you. If it’s the battery they are going to replace it for you also, but if they do not have batteries that’s when you can come and buy from us.

2. When you buy the battery please go and report back to your water supply body, their Plumbers / Technicians are going to install it on your meter for you for free otherwise they are going to advise you what to do next.
