📍 Position: Client Relations Manager
📌 Location: Lusaka
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Client Relations Manager to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening key client relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving business growth opportunities.
Objectives of the Role
To enhance and maintain strong relationships with key clients by acting as the main liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Key Result Areas & Indicators
• Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term client relationships while reducing churn
(KPI: Client retention rate, number of renewals)
• Customer Satisfaction: Promptly address and resolve client issues and complaints
(KPI: Customer satisfaction scores, issue resolution time)
• Account Growth: Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts
(KPI: Account expansion percentage, upsell revenue)
• Reporting: Provide regular and accurate updates to management on account status and client feedback
(KPI: Timeliness and accuracy of reporting)
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in client relations or account management (preferably in digital services or ISP sector)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building ability
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
