A few weeks ago I was very fortunate and honoured to be able to interview Malta's most popular documentary film producers, Father and Son, Maurice and Chris Micallef. Their latest documentary, Kannizzati Fishing will be seen on ONE soon. Here's their piece featured on ONE News, and for anyone who can't read Maltese (like me) pop it into Google translate...job done.

With my new website well underway, here's a sneak preview of my new 'old' logo. Hand drawn and filled with watercolours by my late Father (an artist and graphic designer) who passed away in 1996. Another lovely memory dedicated to him.

As you may probably know, I LOVE my food. I was both lucky enough to not only be invited to The Orchard in Naxxar for an amazing meal, but also had the opportunity to meet up with the Executive Chef.
