We are looking for an experienced BSS/OSS Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage telecom business systems, FTTH operations, cloud infrastructure, and mission-critical service platforms.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage BSS/OSS platforms, including Billing, CRM, ERP, and Subscription Management
• Oversee FTTH provisioning and service activation workflows
• Maintain Cloud & On-Prem Infrastructure (VMware, GCP/AWS, Kubernetes, Rancher)
• Lead DCDR strategy and system monitoring initiatives
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service reliability and operational efficiency

🔹 Requirements
• Strong knowledge of BSS/OSS architecture and FTTH operations
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Telecom/ISP industry preferred
• Hands-on experience with VMware, Kubernetes, GCP/AWS, and Oracle Database
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
