နှစ်စဉ် ဩဂုတ်လ ၂၆ ရက်နေ့မှာ ကျင်းပတဲ့ Women’s Equality Day ဟာ အမျိုးသမီးများရဲ့ တန်းတူအခွင့်အရေး၊ အခွင့်အလမ်းနဲ့ ပါဝင်ခွင့် တွေကို ပြန်လည်အမှတ်ရစေတဲ့နေ့တစ်နေ့ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

✨ ၁၉၂၀ ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ်လ ၂၆ ရက်နေ့မှာ အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံရဲ့ 19th Amendment ကို တရားဝင်အသိအမှတ်ပြုခဲ့ပြီး အမျိုးသမီးများ မဲပေးပိုင်ခွင့်ရရှိရေးအတွက် သမိုင်းဝင်မှတ်တိုင်တစ်ခု ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။

✨ ဒီအောင်မြင်မှုရဖို့အတွက် အမျိုးသမီးများရဲ့ အခွင့်အရေးလှုပ်ရှားမှုဟာ ဆယ်စုနှစ်များစွာကြာမြင့်ခဲ့ပါတယ်။ 1848 ခုနှစ်ကတည်းက အမျိုးသမီးများရဲ့ မဲပေးပိုင်ခွင့်အတွက် လှုပ်ရှားမှုတွေ စတင်ခဲ့တာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

✨ 19th Amendment ကို Congress က 1919 ခုနှစ်မှာ အတည်ပြုပြီးနောက် Tennessee ပြည်နယ်က 36th state အဖြစ် 1920 ခုနှစ် ဩဂုတ် 18 ရက်နေ့မှာ အတည်ပြုခဲ့တာကြောင့် Amendment အတည်ပြုဖို့ လိုအပ်တဲ့ သုံးပုံနှစ်ပုံကျော် အတည်ပြုမှု ပြည့်မီခဲ့ပါတယ်။

✨ ဒါပေမယ့် မဲပေးပိုင်ခွင့်ရရှိခြင်းဟာ တန်းတူညီမျှမှုရဲ့ အဆုံးမဟုတ်ဘဲ အစပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အမျိုးသမီးတွေအတွက် အလုပ်အကိုင်၊ ပညာရေး၊ ဦးဆောင်မှုနဲ့ အခြားအခွင့်အရေးတွေမှာ တန်းတူညီမျှမှုရရှိရေးအတွက် ဆက်လက်ကြိုးပမ်းမှုတွေ ရှိနေဆဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

တန်းတူညီမျှမှုဆိုတာ အမျိုးသားနဲ့ အမျိုးသမီးကြား အခွင့်အရေးတူညီရုံသာမက အရည်အချင်း၊ ကြိုးစားအားထုတ်မှုနဲ့ စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်အပေါ် မူတည်ပြီး တိုးတက်နိုင်မယ့် အခွင့်အလမ်းတွေကို တန်းတူရရှိခြင်းလည်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager

Join Amara Communication (YFCI) Co., Ltd. and support our growing organization in attracting and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Support talent acquisition strategies and manpower planning.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, sales, and corporate positions.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and career fairs.
- Guide and support Talent Acquisition team members.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, vacancy status, and hiring timelines.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
- Experience in Telecom, ISP, Technology, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS / ATS is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
