Key qualifications we're looking for:
πΉ Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, supporting C-suite executives
πΉ Exceptional time-management and multitasking abilities
πΉ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
πΉ Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
πΉ High level of discretion and confidentiality
πΉ Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Your responsibilities will include:
πΉ Managing the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements
πΉ Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings and presentations
πΉ Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
πΉ Conducting research and compiling reports as needed
πΉ Streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency
πΉ Flexibility to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as needed
πΉMaintain confidentiality at all times
πΉSupport the CEO in various professional projects and initiatives
πΉManage the CEO's personal and professional expenses
πΉPerform research and gather information as needed
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Off on Weekends and Public Holidays)
