LabCitoyen est le programme dédié aux grandes thématiques des droits de l’Homme. Il invite en France une soixantaine de jeunes citoyens engagés âgés de 20 à 26 ans, avec l’objectif de débattre en langue française sur les grandes questions internationales de notre temps. Un seul candidat sera retenu pour la Libye. Le dossier de candidature (CV + lettre de motivation en français) est à renvoyer AVANT LE 31 MARS 2019 à [email protected].

L’édition 2019 du programme LabCitoyen porte s’intitule « Droits des femmes : égalité et citoyenneté » et se tiendra à Paris du 30 juin au 7 juillet 2019. LabCitoyen 2019 envisage d’aborder inégalité, discriminations et violence à l’encontre des femmes sous l’angle de l’accès à la pleine citoyenneté

Critères de sélection
Les candidats doivent :
1. avoir entre 20 et 26 ans,
2. être de nationalité libyenne,
3. avoir un engagement citoyen en faveur du droit des femmes et de l’égalité des genres,
4. justifier leur niveau linguistique en français par l’obtention du DELF B1 ou de tout diplôme équivalent.

LabCitoyen is a program of the “Intstitut français” in Paris dedicated to human rights. Each year, around 60 young people from 20 to 26 years old are invited to France in order to debate in French on important international issues. Only one candidate will be retained. The application file (CV + motivation letter written in French) has to be sent BEFORE THE 31st OF MARCH 2019 at [email protected].

For 2019, LabCitoyen will focus on “Women’s rights: equality and citizenship” and will be held in Paris from the 30th of June to the 7th of July 2019. Inequality, discriminations, gender base violence and access to full citizenship will be discussed in French between the chosen candidates.

Selection criteria
Candidates shall:
1. have between 20 and 26 years old;
2. be of Libyan citizenship;
3. be committed in social action in favour of women’s right and gender equality,
4. justify of linguistic skills in French by obtaining a DELF B1 or any equivalent diploma.

لابسيتواين هو برنامج مخصص للمواضيع الرئيسية لحقوق الإنسان. ويهدف البرنامج إلى دعوة نحو ستين شابا إلى فرنسا تتراوح أعمارهم بين 20 و 26 عامًا ، بهدف الترويج للغة الفرنسية كلغة للنقاش والعمل على القضايا الدولية الرئيسية في عصرنا. سيتم اختيار مرشح واحد فقط من ليبيا.

تحمل دورة برنامج لابسيتواين 2019 عنوان: "حقوق المرأة: المساواة والمواطنة" وستنعقد في باريس من 30 يونيو إلى 7 يوليو 2019. و تتناول مسألة عدم المساواة والتمييز والعنف ضد المرأة من زاوية الوصول إلى المواطنة الكاملة

شروط الترشح:
يتعين على المترشحة/ المرشح :
1. العمر بين 20 و 26 سنة ،
2. الجنسية الليبية ،
3. أن يكون مهتما بحقوق المرأة والمساواة بين الجنسين ،
4. أن يكون حاملا دبلوم الديلف ب 1 في اللغة الفرنسية DELF B1 أو أي درجة معادلة.
