Collection 🎃 Part of a project a did with the art club I’m running at St. George’s international school. Edited a bit to fit a square size. Children were asked to illustrate things they love and we are learning how to use gouache! Who knew interacting with 11-15 year olds for a mere 1:30h would be so exhausting (but fun, don’t get me wrong). I don’t know how teachers do a full day.

This illustration was inspired by my trip to Iceland some years ago, we stayed with an Icelandic family and they were so proud of their geothermal energy, and they told us that the hot water at home comes from the hot water springs themselves! It's amazing 🤯

Today is world sleep day and I wanted to repost this piece I did a long time ago about insomnia and those of us who suffer it. Only last month I was able to sleep for the first time without medication after 5 years, it’s still not every night, but it’s almost a miracle. Those who can’t sleep hang in there, try again tomorrow 🌙 you can do it

I’ve been really trying to have a better routine, because when I’m not working I’m still thinking of the work I’m not doing, that led to a terrible period of procrastination and inability to focus. From now on I have forced free time where I can’t draw, can’t look at instagram, can't do research! It is really difficult, but when I can do it it feels like a huge relief 🌚🌝
