The DEEP (Disability and professional Empowerment Engaging 3d Printing) project funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ program "Cooperation Partnerships in Vocational Education and Training" (KA220-VET) involving 5 partners from four EU countries, would like to inform you that the training of trainers has been completed.

In order to bring the world of disability to the world of 3D printing, 18 expert trainers participated in the training of trainers, held in Italy, with the aim of developing the training model to later implement pilot courses in partner countries.

We also hereby take this opportunity to inform you of the publication of the DEEP handbook, in the different partner languages, on the official project website.

Act In Space Luxembourg 2020 was a fantastic community gathering. 55 participants have interacted with 25 expert coaches from the spacetech scene (corporates, research & academic centers, startups and entrepreneurial support institutions).
The international space was structured under a 24hrs co-creation & rapid prototyping framework enabling productive synergies across participating teams and experts.

Last 13-14 Nov Technoport SA & InTech organized a successful Act In Space Luxembourg .
We contributed to this edition by also formalising a “Made in Luxembourg” challenge in collaboration with the of the Space Robotics Research Group from SnT, Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust at University of Luxembourg.
The SNT challenge, proposed at international level, was to conceptualize an application to configure DIY lunar rovers to find ice on the moon.
Among the submitted project proposals, the LunaLab selected the best team with a valid moon rover: Congratulations to the team by Margot Gabel, Gabriel Garcia, Sumit Goski, Daniela Ignatova and Julien Stamerra.
The team will be awarded with a special prize sponsored by Luxembourg Space Agency, GRADEL and SnT: Receive a DIY kit to assemble the rover + Travel & Accommodation to Luxembourg to test it at LunaLab + 2000€ cash prize.

We are looking forward to meeting the team in in 2021 and to collaborate on the demo of their lunar rover!
