During Milan Design Week 2026, Omecara presented Florence, a collection of three rugs, including two pieces exhibited at Galleria Rossana Orlandi as part of RoCollectible. We are grateful to the gallery for presenting our work in a space that holds such a special place in the design world.✨🙏🏼

Florence marks an important moment for us. The collection comes from a sensitive exploration of form, texture, memory, and craftsmanship, and was imagined to bring emotion, presence, and dialogue into a space.

We would like to thank everyone who came to meet us, discovered the collection, asked questions, shared their impressions, and showed genuine interest in our work. These conversations, encounters, and moments of connection continue to nourish our vision and inspire us every day.

Milan Design Week was more than an exhibition for us. It brought meaningful conversations, beautiful encounters, and moments we will remember.

We’re finally taking a moment to look back on Collectible Brussels, a few weeks after the close of this wonderful chapter.

We waited until the end of the month to put these thoughts into words, to let everything settle and fully take in what those days meant to us. The fair ended on 16 March, yet its resonance is still very much with us.
It was a deeply meaningful experience, filled with genuine encounters, inspiring conversations and moments we won’t forget.
Thank you to everyone who came by, discovered our work and shared time with us. 🤍

A heartfelt thank you to Liv Vaisberg and Clélie Debehault for their vision and for creating such a vibrant event.✨

These past weeks have also opened up some very exciting prospects for what’s to come… A particularly exciting announcement is on its way, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

With the Florence collection, Studio Omecara shifts the rug beyond the decorative realm into a sculptural meditation on drapery, the body, and nature. Monarch, Venus, and Heart form a triptych in which textile becomes a living surface, suspended between historical memory and organic presence.

In March, the Florence Collection will be unveiled at Collectible Brussels. We warmly invite you to discover how the collection unfolds as a silent mirror, reflecting both our shared past and the nuances of our contemporary world.
