The central company office is in Klaipėda. The company has subdivisions in Vilnius, Kaunas and Šiauliai, also SIA “Elpa Latvia” in Riga (Latvia). UAB “ELPA IR PARNERIAI” works in the field of television and data acceptance, system distribution, i.e. network projection of various modern television systems and data transmission, equipment inspection and provision. Since 2000, when the company activi
ty was expanded, the basic direction of a company activity was chosen, and it was projection, production and realization of the so called “low current” cables and connectors. The series of professional cables and connectors “Spectra” were created in cooperation with the American specialists. Various optical and coax cables, designed for the inward and outdoor installation, also cables, designed for the systems of security and video surveillance, various connectors and commutative equipment form the biggest part of the producible and sold production. The company started providing equipment of optical networks in 2005, i.e. various optical cables, passive optical equipment (optical divisors and connectors), impulse optical equipment for the hybrid television networks (optical transmitters, amplifiers, receivers). Qualitative optical fibres of well-known producers, such as “Corning”, “Sumitoma”, etc. are used for the cable production. At the moment company pays a lot of attention for the equipment production and business of digital television signal formation, transmission and acceptance i.e. elements of base stations, subscription receivers for the acceptance of TV signals. The biggest part of the provided production of the company has international certificates and meets the qualitative requirements of the modern communication networks.
