The Platform created during the project by Informacinių technologijų organizacija, UAB will allow filling the position of the outgoing IT person with a new specialist who meets the needs of the project. In this way, the company will preserve the smooth continuity of the project (filling the position), and the specialist will work in a position that corresponds to his current qualifications and subjective needs. Artificial intelligence is used for this.

The company will implement the project as a partner. Project applicant, JSC ACIETY. The product under development has high commercial and ROI potential.

The total value of the project is EUR 1,492,177, of which EUR 1,071,233 is allocated from European Union funds. Duration of implementation of project activities from July 1, 2024. until July 5, 2026.

Yep, that's (almost) everyone from iToDEV, Frontu, Sign on Tab, and TeamBit - Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. Recently, we had our annual Summer Camp under the sun! ☀️ Since we work in a hybrid model, and spread across different countries or cities, we don't often get a chance to see each other face to face. But did we have fun? Hell yes! Was it difficult to gather everyone? Not really, as everyone in our team loves a good party!

So here's a tip: do join all the team-buildings, annual events, camps, or any other kind of events that your company organises. It brings lots of fun and helps build even better relationships within the team!

Oops, Better Late Than Never! 🎉

Last month, we rocked out and celebrated our 17th birthday! Can you Paulius Lazauskas, Petras Bieliauskas and Laimonas Ignatavicius believe that iTo is officially 17 years young? 🎂🥳

Looking back, it's been an epic journey filled with ups, downs, and a whole lot of hustle. We've grown, we've learned, and boy, have we achieved some awesome stuff along the way. None of this would've been possible without our incredible team!

A big shoutout goes to our amazing employees, rockstar clients, kickass partners, and our awesome community for being the wind beneath our wings. You all rock, and we're beyond grateful for your unwavering support

How the party went, you may ask? Well, we turned one of our offices to an unrecognisable place, had some guests, and most importantly, had a blast throughout all day 🧡

It’s hard to believe that TeamBit was established just a year ago! 💫

The TeamBit team not only works together, but travels together under a once-a-month event called TeamDay.

On TeamDay’s agenda you can find many things, from learning, in which we teach each other or engage with new, exciting topics, to retrospectives, which is when we analyze our work processes and various cases regarding our beloved customers.

Our TeamDay has a catch, though! There is one rule of TeamDay - each month we change the location.
