In this role, you will support schools by onboarding new customers, providing product training, answering questions, and ensuring users get the most value from The SchoolMate platform. You will build strong relationships with school administrators and staff while helping them successfully adopt and use our solutions.
No advanced experience is requiredโwe provide comprehensive on-the-job training. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
