POSITION: GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Top Printz is seeking a creative, passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our clients' messages effectively while maintaining brand consistency and quality.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing and producing a wide range of print and digital materials that align with our clients' brand identities and marketing goals. You will work closely with the creative team, production team and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions on time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Create visually stunning designs for print and digital media.
*Design marketing materials such as flyers, posters, banners, brochures, business cards, logos, social media posts and more.
*Work with clients to understand their needs and translate ideas into creative concepts.
*Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and Prepare files for print and digital production.
*Collaborate with the printing and branding team to ensure
*Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools and industry best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
*Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
*Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects (Print & Digital).
*Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CoreDRAW is a plus).
*Excellent knowledge of typography, color theory, layout and design principles.
*Ability to work creatively and independently.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
*Good communication and teamwork skills.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a graphic design role.
*Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field.
