Job Title: Auto Electrical Technician / Low Voltage Engineer (Telematics & IoT Systems)

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Auto Electrical Technician / Low Voltage Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in vehicle electrical systems, telematics installations, GPS tracking solutions, CAN Bus integration, and IoT sensor deployment.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking devices in various vehicle types.
• Integration and testing of CAN Bus data solutions.
• Installation and configuration of vehicle immobilizers.
• Installation and calibration of Fuel Level Sensors (FLS).
• Installation and configuration of RFID systems for driver identification and access control.
• Installation and commissioning of IoT sensors and monitoring devices.
• Vehicle wiring, harness modification, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure system reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, communication, and sensor-related issues.
• Prepare installation reports and technical documentation.
• Provide technical support to customers and field teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Diploma or Technical Certification in Auto Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in:
• Automotive electrical systems
• GPS tracking system installation
• CAN Bus data integration
• Vehicle immobilizers
• RFID systems
• Fuel Level Sensor calibration
• Telematics and IoT solutions
✅ Strong knowledge of:
• Vehicle electrical diagrams and wiring systems
• 12V / 24V vehicle electrical systems
• Low-voltage engineering and communication protocols
• Sensors, relays, and control systems
✅ Mechanical knowledge including:
• Basic vehicle diagnostics
• Engine compartment familiarity
• Understanding of vehicle components and operation
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with fleet management and telematics platforms.
• Knowledge of J1939, OBD-II, FMS, and CAN protocols.
• Experience with dash cameras, ADAS, DMS, and vehicle safety systems.
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.
