UPDATE REGARDING GIGABYTE PRODUCTS

Following our recent announcement, discussions were held regarding the concerns we raised related to the local after-sales and RMA experience associated with Gigabyte products in the local channel.

We have been assured that efforts will be taken to address and improve the issues that were brought to our attention.

As a result, we have decided to remove our previous public notice in good faith and allow an opportunity for those improvements to be implemented moving forward.

However, our responsibility to our customers remains unchanged.

REDTECH will continue to closely monitor the situation, customer experience, communication standards, and the consistency of after-sales support over time before rebuilding confidence in the channel again.

Until we are fully satisfied that meaningful and sustainable improvements have been made, REDTECH will continue to temporarily withhold the sale of Gigabyte products through our channel.

This decision is not against Gigabyte as a global brand or its products themselves. Our concern has always been centered around ensuring the level of after-sales reliability and customer experience that our customers deserve.

We sincerely hope to see positive changes moving forward for the benefit of everyone involved.
