We're proud to share that yesterday, one of konektAgri's Co-Founders, Ms. Sokkim Neak, joined the panel at Plug and Play Cambodia's Community Series, "Bridging the AI Hype and the Founder-Investor Reality."

During the session, Sokkim shared how konektAgri uses satellite data, analytics, and field verification to help transform agricultural lending in Cambodia. By giving financial institutions a clearer read on farm risk before they lend, our platform helps them make more informed lending decisions while improving access to finance for farmers.

🚀 Last week we launched KYF Score.

At the Cambodia Microfinance Association’s Quarterly CEO Member Meeting, we introduced KYF Score (Know Your Farm), the first module of agriKredit™, to leaders from across Cambodia’s microfinance and banking sector.

🌾 Farm lending often runs on limited information. Small farms, thin records, and no clear view of the land the loan depends on.

📈 KYF Score changes that. Using only a farm’s location, we turn satellite imagery into a simple farm health score from 0 to 100. It gives loan officers an objective second opinion on the land behind every loan. It supports their judgment. It never replaces it.

🙏 Thank you to the CMA for the platform. Since the launch, the conversations with sector leaders have already begun, and we are just getting started.

🎉 We're incredibly proud to celebrate an outstanding achievement by our AI/ML engineer, Kean Youhorng, who secured 2nd place in the AI Ready ASEAN Youth Challenge with his project Voha.ai — competing against more than 600 teams across ASEAN! 🚀

What makes this even more inspiring is the goal behind Voha.ai: using AI to improve learning access for children with hearing impairments.

This resonates deeply with the work Youhorng does at konektAgri, where he applies AI/ML to improve access to affordable finance for farmers across the region.

What was planned as a 1-hour meeting turned into 90 minutes of insightful exchange with the IFC - International Finance Corporation Cambodia team. 🤝

A key insight: agriculture - Cambodia's most climate-impactful sector - is not yet covered under the Sustainable Finance Taxonomy. The reason? Data collection has always been the bottleneck.

Both teams see agriKredit™ as the infrastructure to close that gap.

Great to be part of the DGI Forum Asia-Pacific in Manila last week! 🌏

konektAgri joined the main stage as a panelist on Earth Observation and pitched at the DGIx Innovators Showcase alongside fellow innovators from across the region.

A recurring theme: how open satellite data like Copernicus can power practical, on-the-ground innovation in agriculture and finance. For us in Cambodia, that intersection is exactly where we work every day.
